Avantages
Excellent package, great colleagues, top notch talented people across the company, intellectually inspiring, opportunity to see the world, great mentors, some of the leaders are really outstanding, overall a great company
Inconvénients
Bureaucratic, takes long time to make decision, complex organization structure with overlapping roles, accountability and ownership are often difficult to determine, not always challenging the process and not driving process alignment between Upstream and Downstream. Even when decisions are made slow to make progress. Too many decision makers too few foot soldiers.
