      Good pay. (Obviously, since this industry is very lucrative) Nice working environment. Very low turn over rate (pretty stable job) Good perks and benefits for staff.

      Inconvénients

      Stagnant at job. Hard to progress rapidly, especially at the beginning of your career, with many people holding on to their jobs.
