Avantages
Big company, big interesting challenges, big perks. Infrastructure works quite well and you usually have access to all resources you need to do your job.
Inconvénients
Too process-based, what limits creativity and new ways to respond to same old (endless) issues. General lack of leadership skills: people progress in their careers more based on time in the company and "right" (?) connections, instead of the proper background. Highly political environment, that allows your career to progress ONLY if you make, again, the "right" connections.
