A very dynamic and supportive environment. Management continuously motivates employees development both personal and professional. The culture emphasises approachability through out the whole corporate hierarchy. An opportunity to work on a cutting-edge medical device where many open-ended questions haven't yet been answered satisfactory.
Inconvénients
Not suitable for employees not comfortable with the dynamic nature and uncertainty of startups.
