Flexible working environment. Staff dressed casually, no strict and fast rule on when you should come to work or leave for the day as long as you complete your task. Management are generally very nice.
Inconvénients
"Everyone in ServiceSource is selling. You are all sales person" even if your job does not do sales. That is the first step to brainwashing you. If you are sensitive to that statement, don't join the company. They lived by this motto apparently in Singapore. Call center environment, gets noisy at times. Poor induction and orientation for newcomers. Newcomers will feel different degrees of lost and confusion depending on your luck. If you are handling existing accounts, you have precedents to follow and probably better off. If you are handling new accounts, you will probably be lost for months (3-6 months) and several stakeholders will get involved to mold you and add job scopes without considerations of your original intended workload which can be overwhelming, pressurizing and impossible to excel in the role.
