Avantages
Great product, great business outlook, good people to work with in general
Inconvénients
Used to be a great culture, but as the firm grew they got folks who are good at selling themselves in interview but arent actually good at job. These middle managers spread toxicity across the firm. They would often lie to their reportees about their performance only to later reveal the true rating after review leaving the candidates disheartened. Upper management rarely looks in to actual functioning of teams and this leads to toxic managerial practices being incentivized. Promotions are based on nepotism or who ever manager decides will make them look good if promoted at the expense of truly deserving, hard working candidates. Good people are going to leave as soon as economy stabilizes, but till then they are trapped. For those looking to join, do a thorough background check about team/managers/teammates etc., I rate Diversity and inclusion as 1 star because SNOW tends to err on side of excess, resulting in alienation of those who are put in limelight without any care for the actual context.
