      If you are working at a brick and mortar location, you will be rewarded and coddled and treated as if part of a family.

      Inconvénients

      If you are remote you are treated like a mushroom and they only show you the light when they need to eat your talents.

      great benefits if you are a full-time employee amazing people and individuals to work with

      boys club culture horrible management and leadership, no transparency or follow through absolutely no stability in org charts, had 5 managers in one year entitled execs who take home the majority of profits and act like they are celebrities No growth, very slow to promote Leadership plays excessive favorites Unclear job descriptions and expectation that you will work "start-up" hours around the clock
