The challenge is carving out time to take full advantage of them in a busy environment. Career Progression: The promotion process can feel lengthy and complex at times. That said, there are plenty of leadership opportunities and ways to expand your impact beyond formal titles. Pace & Intensity: It’s a dynamic, fast-moving workplace. The pace can be intense, which may not suit everyone—but if you thrive in a high-energy environment, you’ll find it incredibly rewarding.
