      Avantages

      Flexibility when I can go in but has to be after everyone goes home.

      Inconvénients

      Contractually based. Client changed contract and hours were cut do to COVID-19. No warning was given. No other opportunities even though I have reached out, I have had no real response.

      Avantages

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Inconvénients

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
