      Avantages

      Pay is good, quarterly bonuses are nice. Coworkers and managers are awesome! 4 day work week.

      Inconvénients

      Constantly expected to cover for mistakes made by others, which happen with regularity. Job is very physical.

      I don't recommend working their.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is terrible. Plant manger and Lead like to gossip about all employees. You don't get vacation until a year of service. Sick pay is accrued, although it takes forever to accumulate.
