      Avantages

      Very cut and dry work. Not rocket science.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely poor management. More of a social club with management than work. Very antiquated ways to work with zero acceptance of new ways of getting the job done. Extremely high turn around too. Was there for 3 months and say 9 men start and not come back for their second shift. Also, because of poor management and efficiency, they have zero regard for personal life. They will keep you at work for 10 hours a day and act like they are doing you a favor. ( Overtime is voluntary not mandatory )

      Avantages

      Some customers are cool but most prefer to not work with service partners

      Inconvénients

      Super corporate. They promise weeks of training but they don't train you in anything you need to know. You compete with other top build companies internally and not allowed to sell against them (ADO, Silverman, DI). You can't control your customers getting good service because of the corporate blocks. No sense of urgency. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered by almost everyone. Branches always run out of material needed for sales. Gutters are impossible to get yet. Everyone is micro managed
