Avantages

NONE! This is a horrible DEAD END Job!

Inconvénients

I should have listed to my gut and NOT taken the job. They are all about activity. This isn't a bad thing if it productive, but they don't allow you to qualify prospects and make you take meetings even if its not a good fit. Sales management is OLD school and think that COLD CALLING is the only way to do it. That might have worked 20yrs ago but times have change. You have to make 100 calls a day and you HAVE to track each call on a worksheet and what time you called. You MUST have 20 meetings a month! The market is dying and they are NOT doing anything to keep up. HQ has a set of values / culture that does NOT transfer to ANY other office. This is a DEAD END job

Avantages

Service Express build a culture where people felt connected, even in a remote environment. That sense of inclusion extended to how many teams supported one another and how they showed up for customers with a strong focus on doing the right thing and being genuinly helpful. The challenge moving forward is ensuring that as the organization grows and changes, that the culture remains intact and does not become diluted,

Inconvénients

There are always challenges that come with change. As Service Express transitions through a merge, there is uncertainty, particularly around maintaining the close knit culture that defined the organization. Growth and evolution are necessary, but they can shift the employee evperience during transition periods.
