Avantages

A large company with many branches through out the United States making relocation an easier consideration if the need ever comes up.

Inconvénients

Any questions or decisions that can't be made by branch management must go through the process of getting appropriate corporate responses which at that point could take a very long time to even be acknowledged and actual actions taken are even more lengthy. Customers have issues with response to concerns and take it out on technicians as a result.

Avantages

Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

Avantages

Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

Inconvénients

Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
