Avantages
the building is nice to work in and the canteen is nice, the benefits are standard I did not get any training but I only stayed a year.
Inconvénients
The office is situated in hockey near to the Jewellery quarter, there is no parking and if you use a car you have to find an on street parking space the area round there is very rough and several people leaving the office have been attacked and items taken. The teams in IT seem very de-motivated and this can bring you down, some managers have been there years and are not happy to change their ways so new people who come in with new ideas are ignored to an extent and the same old routine is followed even if this is not working. Promotions probably if someone dies you may get one.. also a bit of a culture of jobs for the boys if you go to the pub after work you may have more chance of getting somewhere
