Inconvénients
Preemptive solutions are traded in for rushed reactions for sales numbers and every department underneath feels the pressure. Instead of running a profitable business, upper management has decided to push as much product out the door; which would be fine if there was enough properly trained people to support it. The rapid growth stretched resources thin for everyone. Turnover rate was high in several departments. Opportunities to climb are rarely presented, and favorites are often chosen over those deserving. Annual reviews are typically 6 months late. It wasn't always like this. Sad to see such great potential falling apart. Nobody even said hello anymore when you walked by. You will be hard pressed to find an employee who wasn't/isn't looking for another job every day. Sales and management positions are the only jobs worth the trouble and salary.
