      Avantages

      Stability; It's one of the only companies in Brazil that you have the chance to work with IT all time. Work environment is a plus.

      Inconvénients

      It is difficult to be proactive. The management takes too long to make decisions.

      Avantages

      The company is perfect. I loved to work there. Unfortunately my family had to move on to another country. If not so I probably would continue working there until my retirement.

      Inconvénients

      As a public company we had to face politics issues sometimes.
