      Avantages

      I have been working for more than 3 years in this organization, such a wonderful environment to work. The people around me are skillful developers who are very supportive and already ready to help us get more knowledge.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing to be note of abut now recently, there are no new pega opportunities to build and take forward our career

      Good place to start a career for someone new to the industry Pay is decent Pega is a partner

      No good team cohesion No empathy for employees Money is all that matters No good work life balance due to small company dynamic No human resource department Don't follow regular HR practices Lots of my way works only mentatlities
