      Avantages

      1. Interactive environment 2. Supportive and understanding management 3. Easy to reach out the management for not only to express our concerns and also to provide our ideas& suggestions 4. No hierarchical structure 5. Good for learning 6. Easily recognisable among our peers if we do good job 7. Work from home feasibility On a personal note, I enjoyed working here.

      Inconvénients

      1. Lack of office transport. Commutation will be hectic if we are residing at remote place 2. Longer notice period 3. Dis-tractable environment since it is interactive environment.

      No good team cohesion No empathy for employees Money is all that matters No good work life balance due to small company dynamic No human resource department Don't follow regular HR practices Lots of my way works only mentatlities
