Avantages
I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. Management communicates clearly and is approachable, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. There’s a strong sense of accountability, but it’s balanced with understanding and flexibility when needed. I’ve also appreciated the opportunities to learn and grow. Efforts are recognized, and there’s encouragement to take initiative and develop new skills. The work environment is professional while still maintaining a friendly, respectful culture. Overall, it’s a great place to build experience, contribute meaningfully, and work alongside people who care about doing things the right way.
Inconvénients
While the overall experience has been positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. Processes and systems are still evolving, so there can occasionally be a lack of consistency or clarity in certain procedures. Communication is generally good, but there are moments where updates or decisions could be shared more proactively to avoid confusion.
