      - Flexible work environment, not too formal - Nice employees

      Inconvénients

      - No upward mobility- you will be in the same position forever with no pay increase - Crappy pay and lack of employee appreciation - No job security- you can literally be fired/let go at any time - Lots of covert office politics and gossiping by management. But it is hidden behind fake smiles and "friendliness."
