      Avantages

      - Work life balance - Flexibility and freedom - Hybrid working & 2 months fully remote work from anywhere - Horizontal structure and casual/friendly working environment - Growth opportunities (ex. promotions, brand new roles, career change etc) - Great mission & product In general I would describe Sensorfact as a place where taking ownership and creating value equals to lots of freedom, flexibility and opportunity to grow.

      Inconvénients

      - Not the most competitive salaries in the market but decent, mainly due to being under funding and scaling.
