      Avantages

      There are lots of really great people working at SETi. Very friendly environment. Everybody is nice to each other and helps out when needed.

      Inconvénients

      The employees are getting pulled this way and that by an overseas leadership that expects the impossible and is bipolar with regards to hiring to grow then firing to save money. Lots of nepotism (husband/wife).

      Avantages

      Working with cutting edge technology and the development of new products for the future of UVLED light.

      Inconvénients

      Inconsistent with respect to how orders are made and executed. Difficult for some employees to feel secure and comfortable. Very high hopes for the success of the company.
