Some good colleagues in the JV- both Saudi and non Saudi colleagues work collaboratively, with good intent. Wide variety of projects in Smart City/ Office etc
Inconvénients
Very toxic CEO of Sensetime MEA- constantly bullying and verbally abusive to staff, shouting at all levels of professionals and creating an environment of fear and secrecy due to deep insecurities. Most senior managers leave the company with 6-8 months after being exposed to the CEO. Believes he can abuse staff because these people need a job, but just exhibit poor leadership, passive aggressive behaviours and no self control. Never seen anything like it in 20 yrs of working. No governance from board and HR on the bad behaviours to prevent high turnover and bad morale. These colleagues deserve better, was some case of internal discrimination but the management not investigated. Poorly managed and bad environment- do your homework on the CEO before even thinking of this branch of the company.
