Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Some visionary engineers lead the technical teams of this company. Good product, good vision for where it needs to go, the right technical chops. However, technical chops do not make for sound business reasoning and that was painfully clear.
Inconvénients
- No governance, no delegation, no formalized structure at the time of employment. - Ego trumps output or business direction for specific members. - Professionalism and humility is lacking The company let go of their commercial staff without due process, dilligence or support, at the conclusion of an incredible ramp-up in work and projects and assurances that the company was heading places. Let that be all that needs to be said about how they have managed their staffing affairs.
