      Avantages

      Fun, upbeat, casual culture. Smart, driven coworkers. Executive management truly cares about the employees & maintaining a positive work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Not much room for long term career growth. Strict compliance guidelines with mobile carriers makes it difficult to get things done. A little more red tape than you would have expected from a relatively young tech company.

      Great management team, great culture. Good to very good compensation, overall a great place to work.

      Dealing with the phone companies, took too long to adapt to changing market conditions.
