      Avantages

      Everyone's very friendly. Work isn't terrible. Equipment given was of high quality.

      Inconvénients

      - Poor compensation, no vacation for first year of work. Unacceptable. - Management attempts to micromanage technical teams far too much and it hurts their productivity. - Corporate is often unwilling to pay to solve technical issues within the company that would greatly help their cause. - Nepotism.
