      Nice clean offices, new computers, friendly staff.

      Inconvénients

      Very lacking in training for position, frivolous spending on luxury supplies for breakrooms and salaries that were not warranted.

      Good atmosphere - relaxed and enjoyable for the most part, great vacation benefits, engineers worked well together, training opportunities, opportunities for shop/plant visits

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn't communicate well about status of current and future projects, unrealistic deadlines set by customer can lead to overwork/stress between employees
