Avantages
you will learn alot in a short period of time, you have no choice since there is no training. Promotion depends on your ability not time with the company. So if you work hard expect to be promoted if you slack off dont think about it. You will preform many job duties giving you experiance to work in many places.
Inconvénients
office manager does not know what she is doing, the employees are generally not satified because they are not heard in known issues. the executive team is not organized and the owners use company funds for personal trips etc, there was a time every employee was penelaized 20% of their pay because money was being taken out of the company and we had no way of paying bills.
