Not much going on here. Relying on a single customer and venture capitalist to keep company afloat. Teams are not aligned at all. No training. Rare to find anyone that knows the product(s) or how it works. Sales no existent. Internal petty bickering. Lots of finger pointing. Company running thin on employees as people have been let go are just picking up and jumping ship. Small group of people are in the 'know' and these are the ones that will constantly be given new titles/opportunities. This is a shame because there are indeed some good people here, but I suspect these people will be gone soon as well, good for them.
