      Avantages

      Seco look after their people very well, there is also a real sense of teamwork among fellow employees for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      The salaries are slightly less than you could get elsewhere, however this is balanced out by the environment and work/life balance

      Pay is well below what other machinist make especially for how difficult it is to do Leadership needs to spend less time in meetings and more time on floor Expectations to run dozen machines at once
