Avantages

You get fast advancement into AE or SDR Manager. However don’t expect your base to change they keep you 100% the same as when you started.

Inconvénients

Micromanaged like crazy you have to be on Zoom during all hours while working. They force you to pitch off mute in a room full of 15 people or more so it gets loud and distracting. Things constantly break so sometimes you lose some info and it really slows you down. Seamless itself crashes and can make it hard when you have demos that day and need to the reschedule it because they won’t show the customers broken software. They will randomly raise quota on you without any notice and you will randomly find out a couple days later. Toxic managers who will hint at firing if you ask for help. They told us if we at least hit 50% of quota you’re good then came back a week later and fired a bunch of us who were even at 87%. When we brought it up with management they said it is what it is. Try to hold your last paycheck. When you start they make you buy your own computer it’s a specific one that’s over $1k

Avantages

Remote work. Entry level job that actually accepts. Okay pay nothing crazy

Inconvénients

Micro managed like crazy. Always in a google meet. The pay just kept declining, They took away a lot of incentives and lowered commissions. They only reason its a 2 is because the people there are great. The workers, not leadership. 1000+ cold calls a day with a 40 quota. Massive lay offs.
