      Avantages

      There are some kind and talented individuals left within Customer Success, unfortunately at the rate the company is bleeding talent, they are likely to also leave.

      Inconvénients

      The tech is weak, and with failed prioritization opportunities to improve it, executive leadership has really shown its inability and ineffectiveness. There are too many smoke and mirrors operationally at this point for this company to successfully scale in any capacity. Steer clear of the micro managers.

      Avantages

      The team is very transparent and really cares about one another, the company, customers and patients. The work is fun and impactful, because we literally help patients everyday.

      Inconvénients

      The team is on a tight budget, like many other companies right now, so that can be difficult to navigate but it's actually made us closer as a team, more creative and very resilient :)
