Avantages

I didn't think it had any pros when I was working here. My opinion has not changed even after quitting this terrible job.

Inconvénients

THE PROJECT EXPECTATIONS WERE INSANE! The upper management was poor at setting goals and often set goals that were not attainable. It was awful for the entire team's morale and the overall work ambiance. I was supposed to work long, brutal, stressful, and exhausting hours to meet management's ridiculous expectations for nothing. There were no opportunities for growth here. I was stuck in the same role for years. AVOID STICKING FOR THAT LONG IF YOU DON'T SEE YOUR CAREER GROWING, OR YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN JAIL. BEWARE!

Avantages

I didn’t expect the projects to involve such a wide mix of television, streaming, and audience research. More confidence analyzing consumer behavior after working here. Good mix of tasks and things to learn. Different responsibilities throughout the workweek. The environment is more engaging compared to my previous jobs.

Inconvénients

The training did not cover everything and I had a lot to learn initially

Avantages

Projects are usually tied to film, TV, streaming, or media, so the work is more interesting than in a standard research job. The team is smart, and I’ve learned a lot from my colleagues about entertainment research tools, audience testing, and how clients use the results. The benefits are good, with health insurance and a 401(k), and there are some fun perks, like early screenings.

Inconvénients

It can be stressful and really fast-paced around deadlines.
