I advise everyone looking for work to look elsewhere. I had the bad luck to be employed here for a while and it was absolutely shocking! There was no clear mission, no leadership and no management at all. Half of the people employed at the time I worked there were either family or were, in my opinion, sleeping with each-other. In my opinion, to be successful here you don't need skills or experience, you just need to be liked by the boss. From my experience, there was no help for the BD reps, the 1 on 1 meetings were more like a 1-sided shouting from management. They hired me with 0 experience and, in my opinion, expected me to be able to achieve what a top earner is achieving from day 1. I would never come back here nor will I tell any of the people I know about this company.

-No sickpay -Hardly any holiday. -30 mins break while working 9 hrs. -Paid almost minimum wage. -Filthy building and equipment. -Badly organised. -No potential for growth. -Everyone blames each other instead of problem solving. -Very unprofessional
