File numbers were 250 plus for fee earners. Inherited files had been left in excess of 6 months with no client contact. There were numerous mistakes on inherited files some of them bordering on negligent. Management had over 400 files so no time at all for staff. This also meant huge delays on getting anything signed off. Zero training on a very old system.
