      Avantages

      Nice team, can't say the same for management

      Inconvénients

      A lot of obvious bullying, discrimination, swearing at staff by management then going unchallenged by senior management. Horrible place to work in that regard. Lower level staff very nice

      Avantages

      Great place to work, everyone was very friendly, the senior scientists are open to suggestions and questions.

      Inconvénients

      Pay low if living in Edinburgh city, and 9 month probation period at lower pay made it difficult.
