      Good team members Supportive leadership Good benefits and decent pay Supportive environment Hybrid work (hopefully this remains in place as it is a very competitive advantage and many people were hired with the understanding that their roles were remote)

      Inconvénients

      Frequent layoffs Limited resources - doing more with less RTO policy for 4 days (tbc)
