      Avantages

      The hourly working model gives you great flexibility to work for the number of hours that you want, this allows you the option to focus on something else outside work and take occasional long breaks the general culture and management are very friendly and helpful

      Inconvénients

      the model is hourly so you get paid for the amount of time that you work, which means that any vacations that you take are non paid which is understandable however, it also means that if the company fails to provide you with a consistent workload you will also end up not getting paid the company doesn't provide any tooling/licensing , you need to use your personal machine and your personal license while working
