      Avantages

      1) Work from home; 2) Very flexible working hours; 3) Interesting projects; 4) Possibilities to grow professionally. I personally had very experienced colleagues from whom I learned a lot; 5) Salary always on time;

      Inconvénients

      From my perspective there are no big cons worth mentioning. Just make sure you do your research to know if remote work fits your personality and needs before jumping on board.
