More culture-minded hires are needed to further define the corporate cultural zeitgeist. For individuals new to the industry or right out of school, ScienceLogic is a great place to get your foot in the door on the next big thing. Compensation is competitive, and the potential opportunity for the company is large. ScienceLogic's CEO is the company and employees' greatest cheerleader, and is an all-around great person.
Inconvénients
The greatest threat to ScienceLogic is not hiring the correct individuals, but overall, ScienceLogic has made good hiring decisions. In some cases, team members are in positions where they have had past successes, but are no longer the correct resources to maximize the company's growth. Management needs to do a better job of putting team members in situations where they can materially impact the organization and drive the expansion of the business. Work-life balance actualization is comparable to or slightly better than other high-growth IT software companies.
