Avantages
ScienceLogic has fantastic medical benefits, couldn't be happier about those. Telecommuting for remote and onsite employees is becoming more of the norm which has great personal benefits. ScienceLogic creates opportunities for employees for future career endeavors. Everyone's voice can be heard. The company is always trying to be better and make the work experience more like a family. ScienceLogic rewards self starters and people with drive and initiative.
Inconvénients
"Communication is our Product not our Polices" is very true statement most times at ScienceLogic. Company Culture is split and somewhat managed by departments, which doesn't make for a cohesive unit. Feels more awkward and uncomfortable than united at corporate office. Reminds me of high school groups instead of a well oiled machine.
