The company is small enough that your work matters, but established enough to provide stability and resources. There’s also a lot of autonomy if you’re someone who takes initiative, and new ideas are welcomed instead of pushed aside.

It’s a fast-moving environment, so priorities can shift quickly depending on what departments or partner schools need. Sometimes cross-team communication lags behind the pace of the work. Not deal-breakers, just part of working in a growing organization that handles a lot of custom solutions.
