      Great benefits, nice offices, junior staff is great to work with, beautiful museum, good location, competitive starting salaries, occasionally interesting subject matter

      Inconvénients

      Constant in-fighting among senior staff, incompetent management, unattainable strategic plan, low morale, no possibility for promotion, little possibility for professional growth, unnecessarily stressful working environment, rampant corporate elitism, little institutional interest in improving society
