      Avantages

      Schaerer has a very fun and laid back environment that makes it enjoyable to go to work everyday. The management team is doing a great job in providing structure and organization. They also provide snacks, fruit and great espresso!

      Inconvénients

      Construction around building, but only temporary.

      Very great team, and all departments work in harmony. It’s not a very competitive environment and everyone is helpful.

      Remote work and hybrid schedule

      Inconvénients

      No proper training. No incentives and no growth. Everyone is always lost since things change constantly
