Avantages
Eye opening. A lot to learn and experience. friendly CEO
Inconvénients
Would strongly advise against joining.
From my experience, there’s clear favouritism from management, which directly affects how people are treated and how work is distributed. It often feels less based on performance and more on how well personalities align — those who are more personally aligned with the manager tend to receive more support and flexibility, while others are held to stricter expectations.
This shows up in day-to-day work as well. Some team members are overloaded, while others are given significantly more leeway, even in similar roles. The inconsistency can be frustrating, especially when expectations are not applied evenly.
Another issue is the team culture. Gossip about colleagues (including within the team) is quite common and openly done, which creates a tense environment. It’s hard to feel comfortable when feedback isn’t communicated directly, but instead discussed behind the scenes.
Overall, management could be more supportive and consistent. The high turnover in the team didn’t feel surprising after experiencing the environment firsthand.
If you value a collaborative and respectful workplace, this may not be the right fit.
