      Fun company events and morale amongst employees.

      To be fair there have been changes in leadership but it was a truly toxic miserable environment. Seemed to be a fear of Csuite management by other leaders and fear of ever having views contrary to CEO

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
