      Avantages

      pay is great good benefits Culture is great, never had friction between employees. Everyone is friendly and encouraging.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of proactive projects that are worked on, then soon realized they are not needed once implemented. Career growth is flat, No upward mobility unless you are aiming for management, or for a vertical leap.

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
