      Avantages

      Culture is awesome and other companies should strive for it.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to move up in the company when you don’t kiss up even when you do a great job. The pay is some of the worst I have ever seen. Example: a level 2 role’s salary should NOT be $50K. It’s ridiculous.

      Avantages

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
