      the folks who work there are great to work with

      Inconvénients

      Extreme hours and sudden layoffs - only done a person at a time over a period of time so they can say they have never laid off. It is kind of constant there.

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
