      A paycheck. Self discovery through pain. Torture can be fun, right?

      Inconvénients

      Dog eat dog mentality. Complete madness & hypocrisy with the executives. The engineering churn rate is higher (if you can believe it) than the amount of technological and data center downtime. Corparate structure is based upon fear. Other than theafromentioned , great place to work. Highly recommend if you're on medication.

      A place where you can learn on the job.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is abysmal. No raises to be seen in years for the entire company. Forget bout promotions. The only way to get a promotion is if someone above you leaves the job. Executive management runs at their own speed which is way too slow.
